Answers to questions we often hear before a consultation.
Is the initial consultation free?
Yes. The initial consultation (45 minutes, online) is free. We hear about your current work and decide together where to start.
What kinds of companies do you work with?
We work with companies of any industry or size, mainly on office systems for companies where many people work on site.
Do we need staff who are good with computers or AI?
No special skills are needed. We put the way of working into guides so anyone can follow the same steps.
Is it safe to put company information into AI tools?
First, we decide together, as in-house guidelines, what information may be entered into AI tools. We then handle only the information within that scope.
How long does it take?
Implementation and support takes about three months. A website of around ten pages takes about one to two months.
Can everything be done online?
Yes. From consultation to meetings, everything can be done online. If an on-site interview is needed, we will discuss a visit with you.
Which areas do you cover?
We take consultations from anywhere in Japan online. Visits are mainly within the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Can we sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We can sign a confidentiality agreement before the contract.
